Was great to have the Pivot Search team virtually together last Friday for our mid-point L&D session on the i2i HQ journey. It was a great opportunity to discuss and challenge the content presented by Michael Finnigan on how we can achieve our personal best.
All too often we agree to targets for the sake of appeasing our boss, walk away believing they aren’t achievable but write them down, file them away and forget about them! Sound familiar?
The i2i HQ instills the importance of mutually agreeing on targets that we believe are achievable. However, the key takeaway for me is the program provides the toolkit, theory and support to achieving your goals providing you believe in them.
Surely you are more likely to achieve your goals this way compared to being just told them? What do you think?
